CREDENTIALS & EDUCATION

Doctor of Social Work (DSW) , Advanced Clinical Practice

My doctorate reflects advanced training in clinical practice, organizational leadership, and teaching in higher education. This level of education strengthens the depth, strategy, and structure I bring to therapy—supporting meaningful progress and lasting change.

Master of Social Work (MSW), Clinical Specialization

My MSW clinical specialization provided intensive training in psychotherapy, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. It also shaped my ability to work with complex emotional and relational concerns using practical, research-informed interventions.

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S)

As an LISW-S, I am independently licensed at the highest level of social work practice in Ohio, with additional qualifications for supervision. This credential reflects advanced clinical experience, strong ethical standards, and expertise in evidence-based mental health treatment.

FOCUS AREAS

I work with women and couples navigating:

Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm

1

Support for racing thoughts, chronic stress, irritability, and feeling like you’re carrying too much. We’ll build tools for calm, clarity, and emotional regulation.

Relationships & Marriage

2

Therapy for communication breakdown, conflict cycles, emotional distance, and boundary challenges. Sessions focus on healthier connection, trust, and practical relationship skills.

Women’s Confidence & Self-Esteem

3

For women rebuilding confidence, identity, and self-trust. We focus on mindset shifts, boundaries, self-worth, and showing up in life with strength and stability.

Life Transitions & Family Stress

4

Support through change—divorce, parenting stress, family conflict, career shifts, and major life decisions. We’ll work toward stability, direction, and a grounded next step.

Therapy with me is warm and supportive—but also intentional. You can expect sessions that are:

  • Structured and focused (so you’re not repeating the same story for months)

  • Evidence-based (tools you can apply between sessions)

  • Collaborative and nonjudgmental

  • Results-oriented (progress you can feel)

Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or unsure of their next step. My goal is to help you feel grounded, clear, and confident—with a plan that supports real forward movement.
