  • Your first full session includes a thorough clinical assessment to identify key emotional struggles, clarify diagnostic impressions, and lay the foundation for targeted care. This session helps uncover the patterns, symptoms, and internal dynamics influencing your emotional wellbeing.

  • Following your assessment, we’ll collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs—whether that includes working through grief, betrayal, anxiety, burnout, or relationship strain. This plan provides direction, measurable goals, and a clear path forward.

  • Therapy sessions are offered weekly or bi-weekly based on your goals and availability. Every six months, we’ll review your treatment plan to assess progress, refine goals, and ensure our work remains aligned with your growth. This structure supports consistent progress while honoring your pace and emotional readiness.
